Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's Marina Bar & Grill in Miramar Beach, FL is hiring a Server/Bartender for outdoor service. You'll deliver food and beverages, take orders, and create a welcoming guest experience in a sun-filled, open-air setting.

Candidates should have prior serving or bartending experience, strong communication, be 18+, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work outdoors in sun, heat, and weather.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have or obtain alcohol service certification.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Accurately handle payments, operate the point-of-sale system, and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar areas, tables, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and dining areas for daily service.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring a positive guest experience.
