Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas in Florida is seeking an experienced Bartender to maintain the bar area, serve patrons at the bar and fulfill drink orders for the dining room. You will apply knowledge of liquor, beer and wine and ensure responsible service.

We require previous bartending experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; TIPS certification is preferred. The role offers a seasonal schedule with benefits included and opportunities to learn from seasoned marina professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• TIPS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Create inviting bar atmosphere.
• Take accurate drink orders.
• Prepare and mix drinks, garnish glasses, serve beverages.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Process payments and balance the register.
• Take inventory and restock supplies.
• Suggest new drinks and specials.
• Work overtime when required.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
