Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's Marina Bar & Grill in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a part-time Busser/Food Runner. You will support servers, deliver food, and help maintain a clean dining area in a bustling, outdoor-on-the-beach setting.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, thrive in a team, and are flexible to work weekends and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

• Table maintenance: Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Host: Assist as a Host as needed.
• Food running: Deliver food orders from kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Guest service support: Work with servers to ensure guest needs are met, including refilling drinks and providing utensils.
• Dining room cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of dining area, floors, tables, and stations.
• Team collaboration: Communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management for smooth service flow.
• Setup and breakdown: Help set up and break down service stations and dining areas.
• Assist with special events: Support during events to ensure fast food delivery and clearing.
