Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CDL required; tanker endorsement preferred but not required.
• Able to learn and receive a Master Pumper License.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and heavy machinery environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manure discharge equipment and ensure belts and pits function safely.
• Operate and use hand tools; follow GMPs and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Communicate effectively and work in teams; adapt to change.
• Work in cold, wet, hot, dusty environments and at multiple locations.
• Possess self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
