Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CDL required; tanker endorsement preferred, not required.
• Able to learn and receive a Master Pumper License.
• Strong communication and reading/writing abilities for safety and reports.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manure disposal equipment including cross belts and incline belts.
• Operate and maintain related hand tools; ensure safe operations.
• Follow GMPs and maintain sanitary conditions to protect food safety and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; follow directions.
• Work safely in cold, wet, noisy, dusty, humid environments; multi-location work.
