7 Diamond Builders, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Outdoor Living Design & Sales Consultant to conduct in-home consultations across the greater Tampa Bay area. You will present custom outdoor living solutions and close high-ticket residential contracts on a 100% commission basis.

The role requires self-motivation, hunter instincts, and the ability to build a pipeline using company-provided leads and self-generated referrals. Top performers can earn substantial commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling home improvements, remodeling, or high-ticket outdoor living projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to close sales at the initial appointment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for roofing, sunrooms, screen rooms, windows, doors, remodeling, and outdoor living projects.
• Explain options, pricing, financing, and the value of working with 7 Diamond Builders.
• Deliver professional, persuasive sales presentations and follow a structured closing process.
• Generate new business through referrals, canvassing, and local networking.
• Travel throughout the Tampa Bay territory and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
