Job summary

Pinehurst Landscapes is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Pool & Outdoor Construction projects from inception to completion in Glen Arm, MD. The role requires coordinating planning, budgeting, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in landscape construction, excellent communication, and site-management skills. A bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred and PMP or similar credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in the pool construction industry is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of swimming pool design principles and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficient in business management/project management software and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact to align vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams including sales, design, production, and subcontractors.
• Oversee site operations, ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Create and manage project schedules for milestones.
• Identify challenges and develop solutions.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
