7 Diamond Builders is a full-time, 100% commission-based opportunity focused on in-home design and sales for outdoor living spaces in the greater Tampa Bay area. You will conduct in-home consultations, present custom outdoor design solutions, and close high-ticket residential contracts.

We provide company leads and encourage self-generated business. Earned compensation comes with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a two-week paid draw, and fast commission payments after the rescission period.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling home improvements or high-ticket products is strongly preferred.
• Ability to close sales during first customer appointment.
• Strong prospecting skills and hunter mentality.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and listening skills.
• Self-motivated in a commission-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home consultations for roofing, sunrooms, screen rooms, windows, doors, remodeling, and outdoor living projects.
• Evaluate homeowners' needs and recommend design and home improvement solutions.
• Explain project options, pricing, financing, and value of working with 7 Diamond Builders.
• Deliver accurate, professional sales presentations.
• Follow a structured one-call closing process and ask for the sale.
• Travel throughout the assigned Tampa Bay territory for scheduled appointments.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, canvassing, and other prospecting activities.
• Maintain records of appointments, communications, proposals, and sales activity.
