The role focuses on in-home consultations, presenting custom outdoor living solutions, and closing high-ticket residential contracts as a field-based sales professional. This full-time, 100% commission opportunity offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, company-provided leads, and an open-ended earning potential with commission-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling home improvements, remodeling, roofing, windows/doors, outdoor living projects, or other high-ticket products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for outdoor living projects.
• Present custom design solutions and close high-ticket residential contracts.
• Explain options, pricing, financing, and value of working with 7 Diamond Builders.
• Follow a structured closing process and pursue a 30% closing rate.
• Obtain signed contracts and 50% deposits.
• Travel throughout the Tampa Bay territory for scheduled appointments.
