Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current lifeguard certification required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines.
• Perform water rescues and CPR/First Aid as needed.
• Complete incident/accident reports when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area and equipment.
• Conduct routine safety checks of pool and equipment.
• Support campground recreation activities as needed.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
