Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC. is seeking a full‑time landscape technician to perform maintenance on commercial properties in the Boston/Chelmsford area, including trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers.

You will operate hand tools and power equipment, mow, edge, weed and water landscapes, while maintaining a clean vehicle and adhering to safety standards. Qualified candidates have at least one year in horticulture or equivalent and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• Tropical horticultural background preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance on customers' properties, including trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Operate hand tools and gas/electric equipment safely.
• Mow, edge, weed, water plants, and manage beds and landscapes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct monthly inspections.
• Follow LEAN practices and update Salesforce records daily.
• Provide professional, courteous service and uphold company quality standards.
