Botanical Designs LLC is seeking an Exterior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to perform landscape maintenance on client properties in the Boston/Chelmsford area. This full-time role requires care, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards as you maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and bed areas.

You will drive a company vehicle, follow crew guidance, and ensure clean, professional appearance while delivering high-quality service and supporting LEAN initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• One year of horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a crew.
• Good decision making and problem solving in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks on client properties including trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal flowers.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment for mowing, edging, and pruning.
• Water containers, beds, and hanging baskets; manage debris and cleanliness.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment; ensure gear is organized and secure.
• Uphold quality standards and present a professional image on site.
