Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC is seeking a full-time Landscape Crew Lead to oversee routine exterior maintenance at the Boston Branch (Chelmsford, MA). Responsibilities include leading crews, training on horticultural techniques and safety, and coordinating daily routes with management.

The role requires 1–2 years of horticultural education or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of plant care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years horticultural education or equivalent industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of common plants and horticultural practices.
• Experience using standard landscape equipment safely (mower, trimmer, blower).
• Pesticide application license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance of exterior landscape accounts.
• Provide in-field training on horticultural techniques and safety.
• Schedule daily routes and communicate goals to Crew Members.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working order.
• Ensure professional appearance and positive company image on site.
