Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC is seeking an Exterior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to perform landscape maintenance on client properties, including trees, shrubs, and seasonal plantings. The role requires safe operation of hand and power tools, driving a company vehicle, and teamwork to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• Tropical horticultural background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Safety-conscious with ability to operate hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks on customer properties including trees, shrubs, perennials and seasonal flowers.
• Operate hand pruners, loppers, power shears, blowers, mowers and trimmers.
• Mow, edge, weed, rake beds, water containers and ensure professional appearance at all times.
• Exceed client expectations by providing courteous and efficient service.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform required maintenance checks.
• Update Salesforce and respond to messages in a timely manner.
