Scout Campers in Yakima, WA, is seeking a strategic Customer Service and Sales Specialist to drive revenue and oversee daily operations at the new Yakima Hub. You will manage the sales pipeline, support service needs, and ensure a seamless customer journey across touchpoints in a hands-on retail environment.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in experiential retail, strong leadership, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools. Weekend availability and events experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in experiential retail or omnichannel customer experience.
• Proven leadership in sales/service teams.
• Familiar with CRM systems and digital retail tools.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a customer pipeline from initial contact to delivery.
• Schedule appointments, walkthroughs, and deliveries.
• Lead merchandising to create compelling product displays.
• Oversee hub opening/closing procedures.
• Support events and community engagements.
