Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Las Vegas, NM is seeking an Outside Host to create a warm, welcoming first impression for every guest as they arrive. You will greet guests, assist with reservations, manage the entrance and outdoor areas, and coordinate with the Host team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Capable of standing/walking for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage restaurant entrance and outdoor guest areas, and assist with reservations and wait times.
• Communicate estimated wait times and seating updates to guests and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in entrance and exterior areas; assist with crowd control during busy periods.
