Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Available on weekdays, weekends, nights, mornings, and holidays.
• Must read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally or escalate to manager.
• Assist with running food, delivering and refilling drinks.
• Guide guests to tables and present menus.
• Take to-go orders by phone and in person.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Refill drinks and clear plates as needed.
• Provide great customer service.
• Provide highchairs and requested items.
