Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full‑time Roadway Maintenance Technicians to join our outdoor roadway team. You will perform hands‑on maintenance, operate vehicles and equipment, and respond to roadway emergencies to keep the traveling public safe.

The role requires working alongside live traffic, following MOT procedures, and supporting snow and ice operations as needed. On‑call rotations and varying shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work safely around high‑traffic environments.
• Pre‑employment background screening and MVR review will be conducted.

Responsabilités

• Perform roadway maintenance and emergency response on active highways and roadways.
• Install, repair, and replace guardrails, signs, and safety devices.
• Repair potholes and pavement; clean drainage systems; manage vegetation and litter.
