Job summary

Kampgrounds Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full‑time guest services lead at the Temecula KOA at Vail Lake Resort. You will supervise shifts, coordinate with the AGM and department leaders, and ensure exceptional guest service while upholding campground policies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership abilities and a willingness to work evenings/weekends during peak times. Health insurance and a Simple IRA are provided with milestones.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other internet applications.
• Customer service/tourism/hospitality experience or leadership of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/sit for long periods.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Energetic, reliable and able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Take lead in guest interactions and de‑escalation as needed.
• Coordinate with team leaders and AGM; assist with trainings and HR tasks.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and covering shifts for the department.
• Ensure campground policies are followed and guest experience remains high.
• Oversee guest and staff packages/goods distribution and daily operations.
