Job summary

Kampgrounds Enterprises, Inc is seeking a full-time Guest Service/Operations position at our Temecula KOA location in southern California. The role reports to the Assistant General Manager and requires evening/weekend shifts to cover high-traffic periods.

Compensation starts at $25 per hour with increases based on experience, plus subsidized health insurance and a Simple IRA after milestones. Schedule includes Thursday to Monday shifts with overlaps to support the AGM and park operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other internet applications.
• Customer service/tourism/hospitality experience or leadership of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Sit/stand for long periods; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest interactions and manage service recovery.
• Coordinate with AGM and department leaders on projects and policies.
• Oversee daily park operations during shifts and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist with trainings and HR tasks for the department.
• Enforce campground policies and guest safety.
