Job summary

Block by Block is seeking team members to provide cleaning, safety, beautification and hospitality services across city districts. You will perform pressure washing, trash removal and landscaping-related tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Role requires outdoor work, 3rd shift, and the ability to follow product instructions for cleaning chemicals. You will report to the Operations Manager and complete daily reports in the system.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Pressure Washing
• Janitorial + Landscaping background
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals and follow product instructions

Responsibilities

• Circulates through assigned work zone completing manual and/or mechanical cleaning.
• Operates large hot water power unit to clean sidewalks, plazas, street furniture or other areas.
• Operates ATLV or litter vacuum to sweep up litter, debris and leaves.
• Follows all safety protocols to safeguard equipment, vehicles and pedestrians.
• Reports issues to supervisor immediately.
• Maintains written reports via SMART system of inspections and tasks completed.
