Job summary

Block by Block in New Jersey is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Front Line Ambassadors, coordinating daily shift duties, zones, and safety updates while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires prior managerial experience, a valid NJ driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Prior managerial/supervisory experience.
• Special project/Maintenance background - fixing banners, pressure washers, and operating other machines.
• Valid NJ Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings and assign duties and zones; oversee Ambassadors and weather/safety updates.
• Provide written reports of infrastructure issues and daily accomplishments; counsel team members and report to Operations Manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional environment in compliance with laws and Block by Block standards; ensure on-street operations and customer service.
• Communicate effectively and support on-street operations while ensuring safety and compliance.
