Schedule is four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. The role requires independence, strong attention to detail, physical stamina, reliable transportation, and good communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform regular property walks to pick up trash, litter, and debris.
• Safely dispose of collected waste in designated bins or areas.
• Remove and dispose of broken branches, leaves, and other debris.
• Assist with light landscaping tasks such as trimming and clearing pathways.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and storage areas for tools.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor and follow safety protocols.
