Springfield Farms is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain multiple residential and recreational properties. You will perform routine landscape maintenance, seasonal duties, snow removal, pool upkeep, and assist with asset care to ensure safety and curb appeal across our communities.

The role requires hands-on, organized individuals who can work independently while delivering high standards in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year groundskeeping or landscaping experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging and debris removal to keep properties clean, safe and visually appealing.
• Trim bushes, shrubs and hedges to maintain a professional appearance.
• Prepare soil and plant flowers, shrubs and trees to enhance property aesthetics.
• Monitor landscaping conditions and report maintenance needs or improvement opportunities.
