Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to keep our communities clean, safe, and inviting. You’ll maintain lawns and common areas, assist with routine property maintenance, and help prepare units for new residents, contributing to resident satisfaction and first impressions.

No prior maintenance or landscaping experience is required; you’ll join a collaborative team, work outdoors in various weather, and enjoy competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physically capable of daily outdoor work and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas where applicable.
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
