Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds, stairways, and public areas, while assisting with basic maintenance tasks. You will manage trash removal, perform safety inspections, and support with unit preparations for new residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping: inspect and clean property grounds, walkways, and common areas; remove trash and debris.
• Maintenance assistance: help Service Manager with cleaning, minor repairs, and unit prep for new residents.
• Safety & inspections: identify safety hazards and report to the Service Manager.
• Supply management: assist in stocking and organizing maintenance supplies.
• Pool maintenance: support basic pool upkeep and keep area presentable (if applicable).
• Trash removal: empty and haul away trash; keep dumpster area tidy.
• Snow & ice removal: assist with winter maintenance to ensure safe access.
• Customer service: address resident maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
