Responsibilities
- Landscaping maintenance: weeding, trimming, watering.
- Cleaning and trash removal.
- Remove trash and debris from common areas throughout community.
- Outdoor facility maintenance: maintain lighting.
- Outdoor facility maintenance: maintain signage.
- Painting and small exterior repairs.
- Seasonal responsibilities: winter shoveling/salting, summer pool maintenance.
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.

Ardent Communities is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to join our fast-growing team. The Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor areas. This includes performing various landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. If you have a passion for working outdoors and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Landscaping maintenance: weeding, trimming, watering

- Seasonal responsibilities
- Winter: shoveling and salting all common areas
- Summer: maintain swimming pool
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed
