Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper in Drayton, SC to maintain the grounds, walkways, stairways and public areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming community for residents. You will assist with routine property maintenance, prepare units for new residents, report issues, and help with seasonal tasks while supporting a collaborative maintenance team.

No prior landscaping experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.

Responsibilities

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
