Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to keep our Panama City Beach communities clean, safe, and inviting. You’ll handle landscaping, clean walkways, and support the maintenance team to prepare units for new residents, helping set the tone for resident satisfaction.

No prior maintenance or landscaping experience is required. You must be able to read and communicate in English, work outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
• Adhere to safety and company policies
