Job summary

You will perform landscaping tasks, assist with sprinkler systems, and support safety compliance while delivering courteous service to residents and following property policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Willingness to perform frequent physical tasks outdoors.
• Basic math and measurement skills for landscaping work.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking areas.
• Daily trash removal from offices and apartment perimeters.
• Grounds cleaning and litter removal.
• Maintain property buildings and grounds including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care for trees, shrubs, flowers: watering, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, weeding.
• Plant shrubs and vegetation as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform for property.
• Provide courteous, efficient responses at all times.
• Know management and property policies and report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with inspection, repair, and sprinkler system installation.
• Assist in diagnosing and solving maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and pool.
