Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Durham, NC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the apartment community’s curb appeal and outdoor spaces. You’ll enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will support the service team, handle landscaping and snow/ice removal, and ensure timely responses to work orders while meeting deadlines and following company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Groundskeeper experience preferred.
• Landscaping or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
