Avenue5 Residential in Bothell, WA is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and exterior areas with a focus on curb appeal and customer satisfaction.

You will perform daily cleanup, assist in preparing market-ready units, pressure wash exteriors, respond to weather-related maintenance, and interact professionally with residents. High school diploma required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred; health benefits and retirement plan included.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and current auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents always.
• Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality.
• Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies.
• Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times.
