Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas and grounds to a clean, neat appearance.
• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors and common areas with appropriate equipment.
• Keep storage areas tidy and stocked.
• Complete required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas and report damages or needed maintenance.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures for new equipment.
