Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support Ohana Military Communities in Honolulu, HI. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance across housing communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical work.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and be a team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for furnaces, A/C systems, appliances, water heaters and more.
• Perform skilled work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith trades.
• Document all work and maintain equipment in ready condition.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and make units ready after occupancy changes.
