Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays and dispose of trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors and common areas with cleaning equipment.
• Keep storage areas and carts clean and tidy.
• Inspect common areas and report maintenance needs to Building Maintenance.
• Observe safety procedures when using new cleaning equipment.
• Report damages, theft or security concerns to supervisors.
