Job summary

Freeman Webb Company, Realtors is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas and support property operations at our Bowling Green, KY communities. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering clean, attractive surroundings for residents.

You'll perform landscape maintenance, trash-out duties, lighting checks, and basic make-ready tasks while following company policies and safety procedures. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
• Must have good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior plant material (grass, trees, shrubs, flowers) and keep beds weed-free.
• Walk the property regularly and remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments daily and transfer items to dumpster/storage area.
• Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and garages as needed.
• Assist with make-ready duties and distribute resident communications.
