Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT seeks a Lawn Care Technician to help maintain our resort-style communities in Walton, Kentucky. Responsibilities include mowing, weed control, mulching, planting, irrigation checks, snow removal where applicable, and delivering quality customer service to residents and guests.

We value experience in grounds maintenance, the ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school education is preferred; some HS education required.
• Experience in general grounds maintenance is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Capable of working outdoors in seasonal temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, weed control, mulching, and planting as part of lawn care.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems; report issues as needed.
• Shovel snow and perform basic maintenance tasks where applicable.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable; handle trash removal daily.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report maintenance concerns to the manager.
• Provide reliable service to residents and guests and work well independently or in a team.
