Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with groundskeeping duties and environmental concerns.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by the employer.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping, recycling, and delivering/moving duties.
• Pick up, transport and unload trash and recycling into appropriate containers.
• Operate powered equipment including trimmers, edgers, mowers, blowers, tractors and trucks.
• Use hand tools including shovels, brooms, rakes, hoes, trimmers, etc.
• Plant and care for flowers and shrubs, trim bushes, pull weeds, edge and mulch planting beds, lay sod.
• Load/unload trucks, deliver, move, or pickup materials to and from assigned areas.
• Assist groundskeepers in performance of their duties.
• Complete other special projects as assigned.
• Setup/take down equipment for special events and functions, assemble/disassemble furniture/equipment.
