Job summary

Lakeside is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain all lakeside grounds, parks and flowerbeds in a resort setting. This role involves mowing, planting, mulching, pruning, and keeping grounds attractive for Lakeside guests.

The successful candidate will operate irrigation systems and essential landscaping equipment, comply with safety policies, and support maintenance tasks and seasonal projects as part of the Grounds team.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance preferred but not required.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, planting, transplanting, pruning, mulching, weeding, watering, fertilizing.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain irrigation systems and landscaping equipment; report repairs promptly.
• Safely use hand and power tools, riding mowers, tractors, chainsaws, trimmers and related equipment while following safety policies.
