Augment is hiring a General Laborer to support day‑to‑day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility in Englewood, CO. This hands‑on role keeps yards tidy, supports equipment operators, and keeps operations running smoothly.

As a General Laborer, you’ll be outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with a dependable, safety‑minded team. Weekly pay and long‑term opportunities with a nationwide client network are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
• Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
• Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
