Job summary

Augment is hiring a General Laborer to support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility in Pine Bluff, AR. This on-site position keeps you active outdoors and contributes to safe, organized yard operations.

You'll assist with debris cleanup, equipment support, and basic tasks while following safety procedures and working with a team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard, shop, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in yard or shop.
• Support minor maintenance tasks such as painting and arranging parts.
• Perform light landscaping or grounds maintenance as needed.
• Direct trucks or equipment traffic when required.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Report safety concerns to supervisors.
