Job summary

Augment is hiring a General Laborer for on-site duties at a busy waste and recycling facility in Saint Paul, MN. This outdoor role keeps yards clean, supports day-to-day operations, and involves working in varying weather conditions as part of a hardworking team.

You will perform debris cleanup, assist with cleaning and pressure washing, organize tools, and help with light maintenance tasks while following safety procedures and staying active throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
• Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
• Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
