Job summary

Augment is hiring a General Laborer to support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility in Seattle. This on-site role is outdoor, physical, and team-oriented, with safety as a priority.

You’ll work with equipment operators and supervisors, performing basic cleaning tasks, organizing materials, and helping with light maintenance. Weekly pay and full-time hours are offered by Augment, plus recruiter support and opportunities in a growing essential services sector.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard, shop, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support maintenance tasks such as painting and preparing containers.
• Direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear PPE daily.
• Report safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors.
• Perform other duties to support daily operations.
