Job summary

Augment is hiring a General Laborer for on-site support at a busy waste and recycling facility in Hattiesburg, MS. This role involves outdoor, active work and assisting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors to keep the site clean and safe.

You will be positioned on-site at one of our national clients, performing debris removal, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks while following all PPE and safety procedures. Weekly pay and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Keep the site clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and cleaning of buildings and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and basic groundskeeping.
