Job summary

Augment is hiring a General Laborer to support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility in Perry Hall, MD. This on-site role is outdoors, active, and part of a hardworking team.

You will help keep the yard clean and organized, assist equipment operators, and follow all safety procedures. Expect PPE, background checks, and weekly pay as part of a full-time assignment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Background check and drug screening required
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Keep site clean, organized, and free of debris
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in yard or shop area
• Support minor maintenance tasks such as painting and preparing containers
• Assist with basic landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed
• Follow site safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
• Report safety concerns or hazards to supervisors
