Job summary

Augment is hiring a General Laborer in Indianapolis to support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility. This on-site role is outdoors, active, and involves assisting with cleaning, basic maintenance, and yard organization while adhering to safety protocols.

You will work at a national client site, stay active, and be part of a hardworking team with weekly pay and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean up debris and keep yards and work areas tidy.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and cleaning buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools and parts in yard or shop.
• Support minor maintenance like painting and container prep.
• Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Report safety concerns to site supervisors immediately.
• Perform other duties to support daily operations.
