Job summary

Augment Human Resource Services is seeking a General Laborer in Goodyear, AZ to support day-to-day cleaning and outdoor maintenance at a waste and recycling facility. You will be on-site with a national client, keeping yards and work areas clean and safe while assisting operators and supervisors.

Responsibilities include debris removal, pressure washing, organizing tools, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks. Must be 18+, pass background/drug screening, and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Prior general labor, sanitation, construction or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
• Must be at least 18 years old; pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard, shop, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in yard or shop.
• Support maintenance tasks such as painting and preparing containers.
• Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Help direct trucks or equipment traffic; follow safety procedures.
