5.11 is searching for a Retail Store Manager to lead a store team in delivering exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will own daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring top-tier merchandising and inventory standards, all while upholding the 5.11 EDGE experience.

You should bring at least 3 years of supervisory retail experience, a passion for tactical outdoor gear, and a proven ability to motivate teams to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Retail leadership with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Experience coaching and developing staff to grow skills and accountability.
Proven ability to drive sales and maintain high visual and inventory standards.

Responsibilities
