Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Full-Time Retail Associate in Jackson, WY to provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance on climbing, skiing and mountaineering gear. You will assist customers, manage POS transactions, and help with gear rentals in a busy outdoor specialty environment.

You should be comfortable working weekends and holidays, and able to maintain a clean, well-organized store while helping customers choose the right equipment and products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months retail sales experience required, 1 year preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and knowledge of POS systems.
• Knowledge of climbing, backcountry skiing and mountaineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with information, advice and service.
• Accurate entry of merchandise, payments and customer details in the POS system.
• Resolve issues involving customer relations and satisfaction.
• Fit customers for rental/demo equipment.
• Maintain store’s clean, organized appearance.
• Restocking and managing backstock including lifting gear.
• Open and close the store when needed.
