Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months retail sales experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year retail in an outdoor specialty store.
• Excellent customer relation skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with information, advice and service.
• Accurate entry of merchandise, payments and customer details in the POS system.
• Resolve issues involving customer relations and satisfaction.
• Fit customers for rental/demo equipment.
• Maintain store’s clean, organized appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Restocking and backstock management including lifting gear.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
